We have a requirement for French Language Expert with one of our clients in Bangalore/Mumbai.

Location – Bangalore/Mumbai
Duration – 1 year- May extend (on Mayflower language services Payroll)
Scope of work : conducting Recruitment activity for candidates in Canada
Work Location- WFO- Bangalore - Belandur/ Mumbai
Work Timings: 10 Hours - US timings (6pm to 3:00am IST / 7pm to 4am IST)

If Night Shift ( Cab Facility) Yes only during odd hours

Shift allowance (if any for night shift)

Experience 2.5- 5 years of experience in French Language

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume outbound calls to screen candidates
Send emails and texts to applicants in the onboarding process to prepare for their first day
Conduct follow up calls monitor text and email responses as needed to assist with follow up questions and responses
Respond efficiently and accurately to candidates explaining
Engage in active listening with candidates confirming and or clarifying information and deescalating as needed
Complete hiring process end to end in Workday
Educate Applicants on onboarding process
Extend offers to candidates




Update client system with notes and outcome of actions completed

What are we looking for:
French Speaking/bi-lingual
Primary Skill - Candidate Interviewing - P2
Ability to manage time efficiently

Skills Description:
The process of evaluating and assessing potential candidates for a job or position within an organization which involves asking questions, discussing qualifications and experience, and gauging the suitability of the candidate for the role based on their skills, competencies, and cultural fit with the company.

Process Description:
Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to candidates for screening, obtaining required documentation prior to onboarding, following up on pending tasks and reminders for interview and assessment appointments to move candidates forward to hire.

US shift time and Work from office.

Interview rounds - language technical round + a generic final round

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
