Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales/marketing and business development.
Experience in transformer manufacturing, remanufacturing, electrical equipment, power sector, EPC, utilities, or related industries preferred.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, tender/RFQ handling, negotiation, and business development.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities




Develop current customers and business opportunities.
Manage relationships with utilities, EPCs, industries, OEMs, and institutional customers.
Generate enquiries and achieve sales targets.
Handle tenders, RFQs, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals.
Promote transformer manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing services.
Conduct customer visits, negotiations, and market development activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
