Fix Salary : 30,000 to 35000 Per month.

Job description
Conduct joining formalities, documentation & induction.
HR Operations & Payroll:
Maintain employee database, attendance, leave management.
Assist in payroll inputs, PF, ESI, TDS compliance
Issue letters - Offer, Appointment, Increment, Warning, Relieving.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity).
Handle audits and statutory filings
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
Plan engagement activities, birthdays, R&R;, town halls.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Solid knowledge of HR.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to handle confidential data.
