Job Description

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Mother Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and be able to create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.

As a Mother Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students, supporting their overall development, maintaining classroom discipline, and building strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
Create a friendly, secure, and engaging learning environment.
Support students in their academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Maintain student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
Organize activities, games, storytelling, art, and other creative learning experiences.
Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and child-friendly.




Participate in school events, meetings, and other assigned activities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Education preferred.
Previous teaching experience with young children is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and friendly personality.
Good classroom management skills.
Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
