Position: Performance Engineer (Part time)

Location: Permanent Remote

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Minimum 5 hours between 07:00 PM 03:30 AM IST

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years

Required Skills:

• Performance Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Catchpoint, Akamai
Programming & Automation: Python, Playwright
Performance Engineering: Web Performance Analysis, Performance Testing
Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS
Frontend Performance Optimization

Key Responsibilities:





• Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
Execute performance testing and analyze results.
Improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
Automate testing and monitoring processes using Python and Playwright.
Provide performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Datadog, Catchpoint, Akamai, Python, and Playwright.
Solid understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
