Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.

Social Media Management
Manage and maintain social media accounts for OM Enterprises and its associated brands.
Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content.
Create and maintain content calendars.
Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats and content ideas.
Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories.
Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Content & Creative Support
Work closely with the graphic design,



marketing and content teams.
Convert marketing ideas into engaging visual/video content.
Suggest recent creative concepts and campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for reels, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, tone and visual identity.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar editing tools.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos.
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
Understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
Positive sense of timing, storytelling, music selection and visual aesthetics.
Ability to create engaging hooks within the first few seconds of a video.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
