Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Generate sales leads through LinkedIn, global business directories, industry platforms, and online databases.

· Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to introduce company services.

· Qualify prospects based on project requirements, technology needs, and outsourcing potential.

· Build and maintain a solid international sales pipeline.

· Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking systems.

· Follow up with prospects to move leads toward sales discussions.

· Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.

· Track lead conversion, response rates, and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications and required Skills:

· B.COM/B.B.A/B.C.A/B.M.S/B.Sc./BTech (Electronics/Computer or M.Tech/M.Sc. Computer Science/M.C.A/MBA).

· 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or international sales,



preferably in the IT services industry.

· Strong understanding of IT services and product engineering.

· Ability to engage international clients professionally and confidently.

· Robust research, data analysis, and lead qualification skills.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking systems.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Ability to understand client technical needs and align them with company offerings.

· Strong communication and inter- personal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
