Job Description

We are looking for a Sample Collection Staff to join our medical laboratory team in Pattal, Perumbavoor.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable interacting with patients.

Responsibilities
Collect blood and other medical samples from patients as per proper procedures.
Verify patient details and test requirements before collection.
Properly label and handle collected samples.
Ensure protected and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory.
Maintain accurate sample collection records.
Follow hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures.
Communicate politely with patients and assist them during the collection process.




Coordinate with laboratory and reception staff.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of collection equipment.

Requirements.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of sample collection/phlebotomy will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Candidates with DMLT / MLT / relevant medical laboratory qualification will be preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage, especially for home sample collection.
