About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Executive (Fresher) to support statutory compliance and HR operations within the organization. This is an excellent prospect for a fresher looking to build a solid foundation in HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and labor law requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and compliance registers
Support in filing statutory returns and maintaining compliance trackers
Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities for audits and inspections
Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll-related compliance documentation
Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Assist with onboarding documentation and verification of statutory compliance for new joiners
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Freshers are welcome to apply; internship experience in HR/compliance is a plus
Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
