Job Duties – Visa Consultant | Counselling & Documentation
Counsel clients regarding suitable visa options based on their profile, travel purpose, eligibility, and requirements.
Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Conduct detailed client profiling and provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, timelines, and requirements.
Convert qualified leads into clients through effective sales counselling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Explain service packages, fees, processes, and terms clearly to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure timely closure and application submission.
Collect, review, and verify client documents as per the applicable visa requirements.
Prepare and organize visa application files, forms, supporting documents, and checklists.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or insufficient documentation and coordinate with clients to resolve gaps.
Assist clients in preparing supporting documents, cover letters, statements,



and other application-related paperwork where applicable.
Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and properly organized before submission.
Coordinate with internal processing teams and clients throughout the application process.
Maintain accurate records of client profiles, documents, application status, payments, and follow-ups.
Keep clients updated regarding application progress, additional document requests, and visa decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
Stay updated with changes in visa requirements, documentation guidelines, and application procedures.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals through qualified service and effective communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
