Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC components and Salesforce Flows.
Perform configuration, customization and integration activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
Work with US-based stakeholders and development teams during US business hours.
Candidate Profile
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/consulting experience.
Solid Service Cloud implementation experience.
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹1,283,588.91 - ₹1,926,763.81 per year
