Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to overcome challenges.

Requirements




Proven experience in project delivery management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to project delivery.
