Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications and services aligned with business requirements.
Build and integrate AI-driven features (e.g., recommendations, classification, summarization, or automation) into existing and new solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
Develop clean, reusable, and well-documented code; follow coding standards and best practices.
Create and maintain unit/integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines and release activities.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving architecture, performance, and security posture.




Support AI model/service evaluation by validating outputs, monitoring quality, and refining prompts/logic where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
35 years of qualified experience in .NET application development.
Hands-on experience implementing AI capabilities in applications (integration, workflows, or AI services).
Robust understanding of software engineering fundamentals, OOP, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience working in team-oriented development environments with version control and code review practices.
