Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop and service operations.
Lead and monitor service advisors and technicians.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality service.
Achieve workshop revenue, productivity, and service targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor job cards, warranty, and service processes.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Conduct team meetings and support employee training.
Maintain dealership/OEM standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Parts, Sales, and Body Shop departments.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
Experience in a car dealership/OEM workshop preferred.
Valuable leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle servicing.
Target-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities.

Employment Type: Full time
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹11,843.01 - ₹37,901.79 per month
