Key Responsibilities,
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Guide the team in lead follow-up, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Accompany team members for important client meetings and site visits.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review performance and provide sales guidance.
Train and mentor new and existing team members on sales processes, projects, and client handling.
Coordinate with Presales and Management for smooth sales operations.
Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
Assist management in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility,
Graduate/MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, experience in Channel Partner preferred.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / Developer / Residential Property Sales will be preferred.
Prior experience managing a sales team is mandatory.
Compensation
Salary : 65000
Incentives: 5% On team's minimum revenue of 30L
