JOB DESCRIPTION – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join our team and drive business growth across our loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, understanding financial requirements, and converting prospects into successful loan customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, telecalling, digital leads, and market activities.
Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Promote and sell ICPL's loan products, including:
Home Loans
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Used Car Loans
Hospital & Machinery Loans
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, dealers, business owners, and other referral partners.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Follow up on leads and applications until disbursement.
Meet assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,



and pipeline status.
Identify new business prospects and develop recent customer/referral channels.
Ensure professional customer service throughout the loan process.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or loan sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for field sales when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in home loans, LAP, personal loans, business loans, NBFCs, banking, DSA, or financial sales will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
