Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing: Coordinate local hiring for site engineers, supervisors, skilled technicians, and labour contractors. Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute joining formalities, collect required documentation, complete background checks, and conduct site-level HR orientations.
Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor daily attendance, leave logs, and overtime records for both office staff and field labour. Collaborate with site supervisors to compile monthly salary sheets.
Compliance & Site File Management: Maintain hard-copy and digital employee files, including ID proofs, deployment logs, and labour compliance cards. Assist with PF, ESI, labour law compliance, and site safety documentation.
Field Coordination & Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for wage queries, site grievances, and policy guidance across administrative offices and active work sites.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA),



Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of HR experience.
Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada. Working proficiency in Hindi is strongly preferred for site-labour interaction.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving licence for regular visits to various clients and sites across Bangalore.

Pay & Perks
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
