Key Requirements
1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience
Must have hands-on experience with RT-PCR
Familiarity with molecular diagnostic laboratory procedures
Ability to handle samples accurately and follow standard laboratory protocols
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities
Perform RT-PCR testing and related laboratory procedures
Handle, process, and prepare samples as per SOPs
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness
Record and document test results accurately
Follow quality-control, biosafety, and laboratory guidelines
Support the laboratory team in day-to-day diagnostic operations
