Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM & Demo Executive to manage customer and lead information, CRM activities, follow-ups, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, be comfortable handling customers, and have good knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and regularly update customer and lead information in the CRM.
Track leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Conduct product/software demonstrations for prospective customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and lead updates.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer status.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Prepare daily CRM and demo activity reports.
Ensure assigned leads and demo follow-ups are completed within timelines.
Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and demo activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




2–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer handling, sales coordination, or demonstrations.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident presentation and product demonstration skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and accurate data management.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products or the jewellery industry is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and demos efficiently.
