Seeking an experienced HR Manager with prior expertise in the Power / Energy / Infrastructure fields.
You will be responsible for handling the the end-to-end recruitment cycle along with the following:
· Handling the complete cycle of recruitment using different channels of recruitment (Online & Offline)
· Conducting background verification checks for all recent candidates
· Handling recent joining formalities
· Handling Employee engagement Programs.
· Communicating company policies to employees and updating them regarding amendments and recent rules. Ensuring that the rules are adhered to at all times.
· Preparing employees’ records along with their salaries and allowances.
· Preparing Compliances (PF, ESIC & other related Statuary Compliances).
· Answering employees’ questions and providing requested information.
· Maintaining attendance & leave records on a daily & monthly basis.
· Handling employee’s grievances regarding salary, attendance & everyday site related issues.
· Maintaining expense sheets of field staff & initiating re-imbursements after verification from HODs.
· Responsible for office administration/Management like arranging meetings, maintaining and printing files, updating documents and records, etc.
