Stitching & Pattern Making Specialist – FOR TRAINER ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Stitching & Pattern Making Specialist with hands-on experience in garment construction, pattern development, and sample creation. The ideal candidate should be able to create accurate patterns, stitch high-quality garments, and ensure excellent fit and finishing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop garment patterns based on design specifications.
Create, modify, and grade patterns for different sizes.
Perform fabric cutting and sample garment stitching.
Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently.
Take accurate body and garment measurements.
Conduct fitting sessions and make necessary alterations.
Ensure garments meet quality, fit, and finishing standards.
Collaborate with designers during sample development.




Maintain consistency in stitching quality and production standards.
