Diamond Assorter

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Diamond Assorter to join our jewellery team in Surat.

Responsibilities:
Sort and assort diamonds according to size, shape, colour, clarity, cut and quality.
Match diamonds accurately as per jewellery designs and production requirements.
Select and arrange diamonds for jewellery manufacturing and setting.
Check diamond quality, matching and consistency before issuing to production.
Maintain proper records of diamond lots and assortments.
Coordinate with the production, CAD/design and jewellery teams as required.
Identify differences in diamond quality, colour, size and appearance.
Ensure accuracy and minimize diamond mismatch and wastage.
Handle diamonds carefully and maintain proper security and accountability.





Requirements:
2–10 years of relevant experience as a Diamond Assorter.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Surat
Positive knowledge of diamond 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat.
Robust understanding of diamond sorting, matching and grading.
Experience in jewellery manufacturing will be preferred.
Good observation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately under production deadlines.
Honest, responsible and trustworthy with valuable communication skills.
