Job Role: Production Helper
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Depends on interview and experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the production team in daily manufacturing activities.
Help in packing, labeling, and handling products properly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Support machine operators and supervisors during production work.
Arrange and manage raw materials and finished goods.
Follow company safety guidelines and production procedures.
Check products for basic quality standards before packing.
Load, unload, and move materials within the production unit.
Complete assigned tasks within the given time frame.
Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of production and factory work.
Hardworking and responsible attitude.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Valuable physical stamina and time management.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions properly.
