RSC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection sector. The candidate should have robust industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven business conversion abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle enquiries, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and market research.
Track competitors, upcoming projects, and market opportunities.
Maintain sales records and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.





Requirements
3–7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in steel fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries.
Solid knowledge of steel fabrication and erection projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven lead-generation and client-conversion ability.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
