We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage the operations of our 2 salon branches.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations
Manage & motivate staff
Monitor sales & targets
Ensure service quality & customer satisfaction
Handle staff performance & discipline
Monitor inventory, hygiene & salon standards
Coordinate with management and ensure smooth functioning of both branches
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant management experience
Robust leadership & communication skills
Sales and team-management experience
Willingness to travel between branches
Salary: Based on experience & skills.
