Position: Quality Supervisor
Location: Pollachi
Industry: Home Textiles / Bed Linen Manufacturing
Job Purpose:
To supervise and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process, particularly in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, and to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality requirements.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in home textiles, garments, made-ups, bed linen, or similar manufacturing industries.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of fabric and garment/home textile quality
Knowledge of sewing and finishing defects
Good understanding of measurement and inspection procedures
Ability to identify and analyse quality defects
Knowledge of AQL and inspection procedures will be an advantage
Positive communication and team-handling skills
Ability to work closely with production teams
Valuable documentation and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work on the production floor
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
