Job Responsibilities

Handle purchase activities for electronic components,raw materials,consumables, and other materials.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and place purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, quantity, and payment terms.
Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality,R&D;, Accounts, and other departments.
Monitor inventory requirements and plan purchases accordingly.
Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, damaged materials, and invoice discrepancies.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.




Good knowledge of Import Proceess,Incoterms,Checklist approval,BOE etc.
Experience in sourcing electronic components such as PCBs, ICs, connectors, cables, resistors, capacitors, etc.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Knowledge of GST, purchase documentation, and basic commercial terms will be an advantage.

o Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Electronics,Electrical,Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Purchase Executive who can manage vendor coordination, sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, and timely procurement of materials for our electronics manufacturing operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
