About the Role

Ethinos is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, creativity, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create impactful and engaging designs across digital platforms and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing communication.
Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into high-quality visual assets.
Design social media creatives, campaign creatives, presentations, banners, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with content, social media, video, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
Work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking, and innovative design approaches to campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and creative formats.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
Robust understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into impactful designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across brand creatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Positive communication and collaboration skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative and digital design work is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
