Role Summary

The Academy Counselor will guide students and job seekers in selecting suitable career-oriented courses and support the complete admission process.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students and parents about Primacy Academy courses.

· Understand students’ education, interests, and career goals.

· Handle inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, walk-ins, and college events.

· Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

· Maintain lead and student records in the CRM.

· Coordinate demo classes, seminars, workshops, and college visits.

· Support student onboarding and resolve basic concerns.

· Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.





Required Skills

· Solid communication and counseling skills.

· Valuable follow-up and convincing ability.

· Basic knowledge of AI, IT, ERP, digital marketing, and technology courses.

· Comfortable with CRM, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

· Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred.

· Target-oriented, professional, and student-focused.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
