Job Description – Retail Sales Executive
Job Timing - 10 AM to 8 PM (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Generate sales and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
Maintain proper product/display arrangement and ensure the store is presentable.
Coordinate with inventory/store operations for product availability.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, bills, or other required sales documentation.
Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and conversions.




Maintain daily sales and customer enquiry records.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
