Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring reliable electrical maintenance, safety compliance, energy efficiency, and uptime of equipment across Dominos restaurants. The role also focuses on developing a skilled maintenance team and managing spares, vendors, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance across restaurants
Conduct toolbox talks and monthly technical & safety training for technicians
Drive safety compliance, including electrical and weight & measure licenses
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives
Manage maintenance spend vs contracts and vendor performance
Ensure availability and control of electrical, bike spares, and consumables
Conduct team performance reviews and control absenteeism & attrition
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2.55 years experience in Retail / QSR / FMCG / Services / Real Estate
