Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. • Manage offer roll-out, document verification, and joining formalities.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards. • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining experience. • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations, festive events, recognition activities, and internal HR programs.
