We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage daily showroom activities, coordinate with the sales team, handle customers, and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom floor operations.
Lead and monitor the sales team.
Allocate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
Monitor showroom walk-ins, enquiries, test drives and bookings.
Support sales executives in converting leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles.
Monitor daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance and Service departments.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Train, guide and motivate team members.
Ensure company policies and showroom standards are followed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
2+ years of experience in automobile sales/showroom operations preferred.
Valuable leadership and customer-handling skills.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with positive team management ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
