C++ Test Engineer:

Job Description
24 years of experience in C++ software testing / verification & validation (V&V;).
Robust understanding of C/C++ programming and embedded software testing.
Hands-on experience in DO-178B/DO-178C standards, preferably in an aerospace/avionics environment.
Experience in Software Verification & Validation (V&V;) activities across the software development lifecycle.
Positive knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, functional testing and regression testing.
Experience in developing and executing test cases, test procedures and test scripts.
Ability to analyze requirements, design documents and source code and derive appropriate test scenarios.
Experience with defect identification, logging,



tracking and closure.
Knowledge of requirements traceability and verification evidence.
Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, JIRA, Git, VectorCAST, LDRA or similar testing/verification tools is preferred.
Understanding of MC/DC, structural coverage and code coverage concepts is an advantage.
Robust analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
