Key Responsibilities :-
Receive dispatch requirements from Project / Site / Purchase teams.
Check material availability before dispatch.
Prepare Material Delivery Challan (MDC), Delivery Challan, Dispatch Note, Packing List, and other required documents.
Verify material quantity, item description, model number, part number and specifications before dispatch.
Coordinate with the Stores team for material picking, packing, labeling and loading.
Arrange transportation as per project/site requirements.
Ensure materials are dispatched to the correct project/site and recipient.
Track dispatched materials and follow up until delivery confirmation.
Maintain proper records of dispatched, delivered, pending and returned materials.
Coordinate with the site team regarding material receipt and shortages/damages.
Handle material return and replacement dispatches when required.




Maintain dispatch-related data in Excel / ERP / inventory software.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
Prepare daily / weekly dispatch reports for management.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments regarding pending materials.
Support stock reconciliation and physical verification whenever required.
Ensure proper packaging and protected handling of sensitive ELV equipment.
Follow company procedures for material movement and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
