Title: Sr. US IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are a quick paced recruiting agency dealing with multiple priority requirements every day. As such, we are looking for experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate must be very good at understanding requirements, searching LinkedIn and job boards for matching candidates as well as sourcing resumes from a vast pool of subcontractors.

Skills Needed:
At least 4+ years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting workflow in the US IT domain
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Positive understanding of the US staffing process (Visa types, Employment Types - W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp, Rate calculations, etc.)
Experienced in all recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, short listing, & candidate evaluation
Positive understanding of various IT technologies and job roles
Ability to easily understand job requirements and screen resumes accordingly




Must have excellent boolean search skills as well as cold calling abilities
Must be able to independently source candidates and create a candidate pool of qualified resumes
Must be able to effectively discuss the requirement and job details with the candidates and identify the right position for each candidate’s profile
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Experience working with direct clients
Experience using internal database, job boards and referrals to source active and passive candidates for contract positions

Special Skills: Self-starter, with an assertive, confident, and persuasive attitude.

Critical Requirements:
Ability to work independently
Ability to source exclusively US Citizens and Green Card holders
Excellent communication skills with experience in the US staffing industry
Be able to work together as a team to achieve common goals
Willing to work in the night shift as per US timings

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
