Job Title: Intern – Central Strategy & Operations Function: Anarock Open Market | PAN India Business Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the Central Strategy & Operations team. The intern will work closely with the team head and assist in day-to-day operational activities, cross-functional coordination, and execution of Business-as-Usual (BAU) initiatives across multiple regions. This role offers robust exposure to strategic operations, stakeholder management, and business processes in a quick-paced real estate services environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the Central Strategy & Operations team • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, HR, finance, tech, and operations teams • Assist in tracking, reporting, and follow-ups on ongoing BAU activities • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers,



and presentations • Support data analysis and basic reporting using Excel • Assist in documentation, process updates, and internal communications • Provide ad-hoc support on projects and management requests Required Skills & Competencies: • Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred) • Good verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines • Attention to detail and structured approach to work • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks Educational Background: • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation, preferably in commerce Internship Duration: • 3 to 6 months (flexible based on availability and performance)
