Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the team leader
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
