Years of Experience:
6 – 12 years in BFSI / Fintech / Banking Technology / Digital Banking
WHO YOU ARE:
An enterprising Product Manager with extensive experience in retail and corporate banking and financial services.
A strategic thinker with a solid track record in product strategy and roadmap development.
Proven ability to collaborate with large, cross-functional teams on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and work closely with Sales and Solutions teams on RFPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage products across Corporate and Retail Banking ecosystems,
Conduct market, competitor, and customer feedback analysis, and structuring that into product networks
Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning and execution
Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, business requirements, and product performance.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
