Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and business targets.
Promote society products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and other financial schemes.
Generate new business through field marketing, referrals, and customer meetings.
Supervise and support sales staff, collection executives, and field officers.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure timely collections and renewals.
Maintain robust relationships with members and resolve customer queries effectively.
Ensure compliance with society policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Support branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance improvement.

Eligibility & Requirements




Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Commerce preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or co-operative sector.
Proven experience in deposit mobilization and target-based sales.
Valuable communication skills in English and local language.
Robust leadership, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
