Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Explain project details, pricing, and investment perks.
Arrange and accompany customers for site visits.
Build solid customer relationships and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Preferred: Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
