We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused CDQA Executive to join our team in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a B2B setting and possess strong communication, analytical, and quality assurance skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits and evaluations of customer interactions, calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards and processes.
Identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement in customer interactions.
Prepare quality reports and provide feedback to relevant teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve overall service quality.
Maintain accurate records of audits, observations, and corrective actions.
Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in CDQA/Quality Assurance within a B2B environment.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
