Approves key operational decisions, vendor selection, and major cost allocations.
Manages the operations team, assigns responsibilities, and ensures event success.
Allocates budgets for events, controls expenses, and ensures cost-effectiveness.
Selects vendors, negotiates terms, and oversees vendor performance.
Manages client expectations and ensures seamless event Production execution.
Analyzes event performance, identifies areas for improvement.Cost saving
Prepares Estimates , Spend report post-event reports, evaluates success, and suggests improvements.
Manages major event areas (e.g., stage, backstage, logistics, guest experience).
Addresses operational challenges, escalates critical problems to senior management.
Delegates responsibilities to assistants and executives,



monitors performance.
Manages vendor coordination, checks setup and logistics.
Monitors in office expenses, optimizes resource allocation.
Monitors safety compliance, coordinates with security teams.
Compiles reports on operational performance, vendor efficiency, and team feedback.
Acting as Bridge between sales / CS / Design team and execution
Warehouse material listing as per requirement.
Warehouse Stock update on material.
Planning manpower on site for event , optimizing cost of man power.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
