Role & Responsibilities Mechanical & Electrical Trainer
Deliver practical and theory-based training in Mechanical and Electrical concepts as per the approved curriculum.
Conduct hands-on sessions on tools, equipment, machines, electrical systems, safety practices, and troubleshooting.
Prepare lesson plans, training material, demonstrations, assignments, and practical exercises for trainees.
Assess trainee performance through practical tests, assignments, attendance, and regular skill evaluations.
Ensure workshop/lab safety, proper equipment handling, maintenance of training records, and support trainees in achieving industry-ready skills.
