Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Assist in maintaining candidate and employee databases.
Support in recruitment documentation and onboarding processes.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist in maintaining HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist with day-to-day HR administration and documentation.
Learn and support end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good calling and candidate coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.

Qualification & Eligibility:
MBA / BBA students or fresh graduates.
Specialization in Human Resources preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
