Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and ReactJS for high performance and usability.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, and reliable error handling.
Implement responsive UI components with React, focusing on accessibility, reusability, and consistent UX patterns.
Work with databases to design schemas, write productive queries, and optimize data access patterns.
Ensure application security using best practices (authentication/authorization, secure coding, and data protection).
Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.




Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements (e.g., smart search, recommendations, automation) where applicable.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
35 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development with ReactJS.
Solid proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful services.
Solid experience with React fundamentals, component-based architecture, and state management concepts.
Experience working with relational databases and writing performant queries.
Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based version control, and cooperative development workflows.
