Manage and maintain proper records of all incoming materials at the project site.
Check received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices and material specifications.
Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, balance stock and returns.
Prepare weekly material and stock reports in Excel.
Maintain labour attendance records on a daily basis.
Prepare and issue labour gate passes/entry passes for workers and maintain proper records.
Maintain labour-related documentation and assist in HR/site administration activities.
Prepare labour attendance summaries for wage processing and monthly payroll.
Maintain records of current labour joining, exit, transfers and gate-pass status.




Assist in maintaining other site records and documentation as required by the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering and preparation of reports.
Positive knowledge of MS Word and basic computer operations.
Experience in maintaining material/stock registers and labour attendance.
Prior experience in a construction, infrastructure or EPC project will be preferred.
