Job Description
Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands-on learning experiences.
Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical / Automobile / Mechanical)




Skills:
Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop
Hands on for vehicle parts removal & re-fitment
Training delivery to various profiles
Training content development
Hands on MS-office tools
Solid understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced workplace.
Certification in instruction

4+ years Experience in the Automobile Industry, Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert

Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory
