Role & responsibilities:-

Handling daily cash and banking transactions• Preparing cash receipts, payment vouchers and expense vouchers• Importing Workshop & Bodyshop Sales and Purchase Invoices• Bank Reconciliation and maintaining proper banking records• Monitoring and following up on Insurance Company Outstanding• Handling Workshop & Bodyshop cash and accounts transactions• Passing daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP / DMS• Coordination with Workshop, Bodyshop, Service Advisors & Accounts Team• Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :-
Automobile Dealership experience is mandatory .
Workshop & Bodyshop Accounts experience preferred.
Experience as Workshop & Bodyshop Cashier / Accounts Executive will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Tally or ERP or DMS & MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of cash handling and accounting procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Minimum 35 years of relevant experience.
