Job Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance of forging hammers, presses, heat-treatment furnaces, induction heaters, cranes, compressors, pumps, and utility equipment.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Handle PLC/VFD/automation troubleshooting and machine interlocking systems.
Maintain electrical safety, earthing, LOTO, and statutory compliance.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and electrical improvement projects.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Preferred: Experience in forging, heat treatment, automotive components, steel, or heavy engineering industry.
